Exclusions & Limitations

The following items are not eligible for our 30-day return policy:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Complimentary gifts and promotional items

  • Gift cards

THEDEALCO reserves the right to decline return requests that fall outside the terms of this policy or show signs of misuse.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Photographs of the issue may be requested to help us refine future quality control.

Refused or Returned Shipments

Orders returned due to refusal at delivery or incorrect address may incur:

  • A 15% restocking fee

  • Additional shipping charges for redelivery or return transport

These fees are applied to offset logistics and handling costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
You will receive a confirmation email once processing begins.

Refunds typically appear within 2–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
